1. What are Twitch Drops?
Twitch Drops are exclusive rewards for Commanders who watch Goddess of Victory: NIKKE streams. For more details on NIKKE Drops events,

.
2. Why do I see "This Twitch account is already linked" when linking my Twitch account?
*Each Twitch account can be linked to only one game account (character). Each time you join a Drops event, the system automatically carries over your previous link.
*To change the linked account, you need to unlink manually on this event page (your link must be at least 30 days old) before you can link a new game account.

3. How do I link a new game account?
*First, unlink your current game account manually on this event page
*Once unlinked, log in again with the new game account (character) you want to use for the event and complete the link
*After linking, you won't be able to unlink or change accounts for 30 days, so choose carefully.

*After linking, you won't be able to unlink or change accounts for 30 days, so choose carefully.
4. I already disconnected the link in my Twitch settings (Settings → Connections). Why can't I link a game account again?
Due to platform limitations, disconnecting the link only in your Twitch settings does not affect this event's link status. To change your link properly, you need to unlink on this event page.
5. Why can't I switch Twitch accounts when linking?
This event page doesn't support switching Twitch accounts. To use a different Twitch account, log out of your current account on the Twitch website or app first, then come back to this event page to link.
6. What streams do I need to watch to earn Drops rewards?
Watch any stream (any type) in the Goddess of Victory: NIKKE category with Drops enabled to take part in the event. Streams with Drops enabled are labeled "Drops Enabled".
7. How do I claim my rewards?
Go to your Drops Inventory on Twitch and claim each reward before it expires. Each Twitch account can claim each Drops reward only once — even if you later link a different game character, you won't be able to claim the same reward again.
8. I claimed my Drops reward on Twitch. Where can I find it in game?
Check your in-game mailbox and claim it there. Mail expires after 30 days, so be sure to claim your rewards in time.
9. Can I earn Drops faster or get more rewards by watching multiple streams at once?
No. Drops progress only accumulates in one Drops-enabled stream at a time. Watching multiple streams at once won't speed things up or earn you extra rewards.
10. How long does it take for rewards to arrive after I complete a Drops mission?
Rewards are sent to your in-game mailbox within 24 hours. Keep an eye on your mailbox.
